This qualification is a three year course. Students learn how to take work in the restaurant as well as understanding beverages. The course also consist of Theory, Practicals at College and Workplace experience. Food and beverage services sector contributes a great deal to the profits in hospitality industry. Job opportunities ranges from, waitressing, setting up for conference meeting, being a Maitre d', working in Hotels, Restaurants, Lodges Cruise-lines. As with the Chef Qualification students can access jobs international, or local or run their own business.
