Level 2 Diploma in Housekeeping Services

The Diploma in Housekeeping Service is a hospitality programme offered under the Faculty of Hotel Management. It is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and high-quality service in hotels, lodges, resorts, and other accommodation establishments. The programme focuses on guest room preparation, bed making, bathroom cleaning, laundry and linen management, public area maintenance, the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and the supervision of housekeeping operations. Students also learn about health and safety, inventory control, staff supervision, teamwork, and professional guest service.
