Housekeeping Services

The Housekeeping Service Programme under the Faculty of Hotel Management focuses on teaching students the knowledge and practical skills required to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and order in hotels, lodges, resorts, hospitals, and other accommodation facilities. The programme trains students to clean and prepare guest rooms, make beds, maintain public areas, handle linen and laundry, use cleaning equipment safely, and follow proper health and safety procedures. Students also learn how to manage housekeeping supplies, report maintenance problems, and work professionally as part of a hospitality team.
